Ingredients
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 salmon filets
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except salmon in a mixing bowl. Whisk until sugar is dissolved and everything is incorporated. Place the Salmon flesh side down in the marinade making sure it’s mostly covered. Cover and refrigerate at least a half hour.
Pre heat oven to 400 F. Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet skin side down. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and put under the broiler a minute until they are lightly toasted.
