There are some recipes you make once… and then there are the ones your friends refuse to let you show up without. This Boudin Dip is definitely the second kind. Warm, cheesy, and packed with that unmistakable Cajun flavor, it disappears faster than you can set the chips on the table. Around here, if we’re heading to a party, the first question is always, “You  bringin the boudin dip, right?”

It’s the perfect dish for tailgating Saturdays, holiday family gatherings, or any excuse to crowd around the snack table. The best part? It looks and tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen, but it’s actually one of the simplest recipes you’ll ever make. With just a few ingredients, suddenly you’re the person everyone hopes shows up hungry — and with the recipe.

Fair warning: once you bring this Boudin Dip, you’ve officially committed to bringing it every single time. And honestly… you won’t mind one bit.

Ingredients

1 lb Boudin (2 Best Stop links)

8 ounce  cream cheese (softened)

8 ounce sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

Sliced green onions for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350 F.  Spray a 9×5 or similar size baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.  Remove boudin from casing and use your hands to crumble it into the mixture.  Next add cheese and stir well to combine.

Poor mixture into baking dish, spreading into even layer.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot with toasted bread.
